We have a designing team of 30 designers, who responsible for product design, modification, product crafting, structure, CAD, 3D, etc. We keep learning and making progress all the time, cooperating with famous European, Asia and domestic designers for product design.

LAYOUT DESIGN

We offer cad drawing design service with project solutions, which can provide effective instruction for room design and accurate seat configuration for assembling.
Once we get the cad from client, we react within 4 hours and offer solutions according to the room status.

PRODUCT PACKAGING

Using five layer hardened cartons, while inner protection of the goods detailed to every corner.
To make sure the packages are strong enough to bear the potential damages during transportation.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

Hongji will provide assemble instruction or video to client before loading, to make sure foreign clients can finsih the installation properly and promptly.

Providing professional instructions from floor constructing to floor mounting, selecting best screws according to the floor status to make sure the chair assembly is strong enough.
For every projects, Hongji provides assembly instructions or videos to make sure the chair assembly runs properly and promptly.

AFTER SALES SERVICE

✔ 5 years warranty for main components
Including damage of metal parts, wooden parts, leg, seat, back, base and etc.

✔ 3 years warranty for small components
Including damage of plastic parts, fabric, writing tablet and etc.

If the quality problems are caused by any of the following reasons, Hongji will not commit the above warranty, but client can pay for the service.
